I am using Forms Developer suite 10g (9.0.4)

In our two/three forms we are facing below error very frequently ( when our form is running )

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configaration
Please look into the web-server log file for details.

Details...
Java Exception:
oracle.forms.net.connectionException:Forms session <4> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime processe.

Why this error occure ?
